The Nissan Frontier is a nameplate used by Nissan in several regions as an alternative to the Navara and NP300 nameplates. In North America, the nameplate was used from 1997-2021. Since 2021 the Frontier sold in the US and Canada has been a separate model from the globally marketed Navara/Frontier. The D22 Frontier was introduced into the US Market in 1997 to replace the D21 Hardbody. The D22 Frontier was replaced in 2004 by the 2005 Model Year D40 Frontier. The D40 Frontier was produced in the US for both Canadian and US Markets up to the 2021 Model Year. The 2019 Nissan Frontier is available with two different engines paired to either a Manual or an Automatic Transmission as well as two-wheel or four-wheel drive. The Frontier is available in four different trim levels: The Base "S" Trim, The "SV" Trim, The "SL" Trim and the "PRO-4X" Trim which is not only the highest level trim but also is Nissan's Off-Road Trim made to compete with Toyota's TRD Sport and Fords FX4 Trim. The PRO-4X comes standard with; A Locking Rear Differential, Bilstein Off-Road Shock, Oil Pan Skid Plate, Fuel Tank Skid Plate and a Skid Plate for the Transfer Case. If you have ever heard the saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" that is exactly what Nissan has done with the Frontier. We received this 2019 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X from an employee and a longtime friend of ours. He originally purchased this Nissan Frontier from us while we were selling it for a longtime customer of ours. This Nissan Frontier has been tastefully modified with some great aftermarket modifications including; Nisstec 2 Inch Lift Kit, Bilstein 5100 Front Coilovers, 5100 Rear Shocks, Old Man Emu Rear Leaf Springs, Shrockworks Front Bumper, Badland Apex 12000 Winch, White Knuckle Rock Sliders, Magnum Headache Rack, and a Decked Truck Bed Box. This Nissan Frontier has always been serviced at a Nissan Dealership and the last service reported was an Oil Change done at 57,077 Miles on 03/14/2024. This Nissan Frontier does have Minor Damage reported on the CarFax which we typically shy away from but we were comfortable with the Damage report on this Frontier due to the ownership history behind it as well as it being Minor Damage.
