The Lexus RX450hL is a midsize luxury crossover in it's Fourth Generation and the current generation was introduced in 2016 and was facelifted in 2020. For nearly 20 years the RX Model has been one of the top selling Midsize Luxury Crossovers. The RX450hL is identical to the RX450h except for the 4.3 Inches extended overall at the rear and Lexus utilized a steeper tailgate to add third-row headroom. The Hybrid All-Wheel-Drive System uses a 3.5-liter V6 Engine that works with a pair of front mounted electric motors/generators through a CVT Automatic Transmission to drive the front wheels, while a third electric motor powers the rear wheels. The Hybrid System allows the Lexus to start from using battery power alone. The Lexus RX450hL also allows you to drive in Full Electric Mode for short distances.
